Level Inspection

Fill level inspection system

The fill level inspection system is designed to detect the correct filling level inside the bottle, eliminating containers that do not comply with regulations.

Key features:

  • Multiple configurations: checks every type of beverage and packaging through high-frequency, x-ray, and ir configurations.
  • Compact footprint: processes different bottle formats, from standard to mignon, both inside fillers and as standalone equipment.
  • High-frequency configuration: performs foam compensation to accurately detect the filling level.
  • Simultaneous detection: measures both the volume of liquid and foam.
  • Accurate measurement: evaluates real fill level variation after the foam dissolves for the highest accuracy.

Integration:

  • Embedded solution: can be integrated directly into the filler monobloc, saving space in manufacturing sites and reducing waste compared to downstream fill-level inspection systems.

This way, it is possible to obtain the highest accuracy in the measurement.

The inspection system can be embedded directly into the filler monobloc, with the dual advantage of saving space in manufacturing sites and avoiding waste compared to more downstream fill-level inspection systems.
