The texture of the finished product is controlled by the amount of shear inside the Jet Cook™ chamber.

The same system has the flexibility to make different beverages including milkshakes, condensed milk, fruit juices, and other products which require rapid energy efficient heating.

In Africa and Mexico we have systems to produce grain-based drinks such as Maheu, Mi Desayuno and Chibuku at between 500 and 24000ltrs p/h. 

In South Africa and Azerbaijan there are condensed milk systems for retail and food service producing between 500ltrs and 5000ltrs p/h.
