Junior Sales Engineer
- Targeting new customers who have not previously
purchased from the Company, or regain lost customers, or maximize the
potential of existing accounts.
- Respond to any request from a prospect, customer,
colleague or supplier within 24 hours, to maximize customer satisfaction
and maintain a professional company image.
- Understand the customers’ specific requirements,
collect detailed information and prepare RFQ forms and quotations, in
coordination with Sales, Technical and Supplier teams.
- Relationship: Maintaining continuous contact with
prospects and customers, being the 360-degree touch-point for nurturing a
long-term relation.
- Developing and maintaining a high level of technical
product knowledge via continuous trainings.
- Set pricing and negotiate with suppliers and customers
to achieve targets.
