Job Summary:
Responsible for the sales activity in assigned industries, regions and/or accounts.

Daily Tasks:

- Prospecting and visiting new and existing clients.
- Maintaining relationships and continuous contact with prospects and clients.
- Creative promotion of a full range of products and services using add-on/cross-selling and other techniques.
- Follow-up on incoming sales inquiries.
- Preparing Offers and Reports.
- Sales forecasts (periodical market research)
- Results, reports, forecasts, and promotions to be discussed during weekly sales meetings.
- Negotiating and finalizing sales deals with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Presenting the company and its services in a highly effective manner.
- Establishing and maximizing client relationships.
- Generating new business accounts and opportunities.
- Monitoring trends in the served markets.
- Implementing the established Sales action plans (established during the weekly, quarterly and yearly meetings).
- Developing and maintaining a high level of technical product knowledge.
- Following-up on the collection of payments.
And other duties as assigned or required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
- Previous experience in selling chemical products (fragrances and flavors) is a plus.
- Trilingual (Arabic, English, French).
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Good communication with the sales team.
- Team player, motivated and dynamic.
- Organized and results-oriented.
- Ability to present a positive company image to the public.
- Pleasant and respectful relations with colleagues and Management.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and reparation of machinery.

Daily Tasks:

. Preventive maintenance visits
. On-call corrective maintenance visits
. Reporting visits to Technical Manager
. Installation of machines
. Training customers operators
. Replacing spare parts

Responsibilities:

. Reading technical manuals
. Familiarization with layouts of machines
. Spare parts inventory of personal tool-box
. Ensuring machines are running smoothly after intervention
. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
. Proper handling of Customer Complaints
. Safety precautions from electricity and hazardous materials
. Reporting work accidents to supervisor
. Reporting problems to management
. Maintaining work area and tools in good condition
. Report customer complaints or comments to the Customer Service Officer

Knowledge and skill Requirements:

. TS specialization
. Min. 3 years experience in related field
. Good handling of machines
. Bilingual, computer literate
. Good reporting skills
. Detail-oriented
. Honesty and loyalty
. Good presentation reflecting the companys image
. Hard work and dedication
. Curiosity at work (especially during the training period)
